There were 6 rows omitted from the original pattern at the end of the bell sleeves.
Rep Rnd 8 until Sleeve meas 12 (13, 13)" from pick up row.
Ruffle
Row 1: *K1, yo; rep from * to end.
Row 2: Knit.
Repeat Rows 1-2 three times.
BO all sts loosely.
Project 21: Surf n Turf
RIGHT FRONT
Right Shoulder
Row 15: Sl 1 pwise wyif, purl to last 3 sts, K3.  Rep Rows 8-15, 1 (1, 2) more times [47 (-, 57) sts]. Size Medium Only: Rep Rows 8-11 once more [ - (52, -) sts]. All Sizes: Place split stitch marker at RH edge to mark Armhole edge of Shoulder seam.
