|Project 24: Richly Cabled Turtleneck
The text 'Rows 3 to 14 form pat for center 30 sts' is somewhat unclear. Actually it means that you have put the 16 sts of panel pat A in place and will repeat them over the full cable panel repeat of 28 rows. As well, the sts on either side of those 16 sts will repeat Rows 3 to 14 to continue a 12 row repeat of cable-work. To state this more clearly, the text should read: 'Cable Panel Pat A is now in position. Repeat Rows 3 to 14 for side pattern.'
