Next row: P all sts. Shape back of hood: Next row: P 3, k to 1 st before marked sts, k into the back & front of next st, k 2 (marked sts), k into front & back of next st, k to last 3 sts, p 3.
Next row: P all sts. Cont to inc as est every RSR twice more, then every other RSR 5 times, then every 3rd RSR twice – 92 (92, 96, 96, 96, 96) sts. Cont even until hood meas 13 (13 1/2, 14, 14, 14, 14) in. from pick up row, ending with a WSR.
Shape top: Next row (RS): Work 46 (46, 48, 48, 48, 48) sts, turn, on these sts only, leave rem sts on holder for 2nd half of hood.
Next row (WS): BO 4 sts, work to end. BO 4 sts beg next 2 WSRs. BO 5 sts beg next 4 WSRs — 14(14, 16, 16, 16, 16) sts. Leave these sts on holder.
Next row: With RS facing, rejoin yarn to rem sts for 2nd half of hood, BO 4 sts, work to end. BO 4 sts beg next 2 RSRs. BO 5 sts beg next 4 RSRs — 14(14, 16, 16, 16, 16) sts. Graft top tog or BO tog. Join back seam.
Insert Sleeves. Join side and Sleeve seams. Sew on buttons.
